Delete your Billzzi account
You can delete your account directly in the app from the Settings tab: Settings → Delete account. You can also request deletion here if you no longer have the Billzzi app installed. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Send us a deletion request using the button below. Include the registered phone number for your Billzzi account and your shop name so we can process the request.
Request account deletionIf the button does not open your email app, email hello@billzzi.com with the subject “Billzzi account deletion request.”
What will be deleted
Your account and associated Billzzi business data, including shop details, customers, staff access, catalog, inventory, invoices, payments, and uploaded assets. Once your deletion request is completed, we do not keep this data.
Data we may retain
We may retain limited information where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, or dispute resolution. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
