About this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Billzzi, operated by VALIYA JAYKUMAR MUKESHBHAI, handles personal data when you use the Billzzi billing and invoicing service.

Personal data we handle

We handle your phone number and OTP verification information; shop details, including GST details; UPI ID and payment QR details; and business records such as catalog, inventory, invoices, invoice items, payment and ledger records, reports, and tax fields.

Business users may enter customer and staff details, including names, phone numbers, state codes, roles, and billing-related records. We also handle uploaded logos, product images, QR images, and signatures when you choose to upload them.

How we use data

We use data to authenticate users, operate the billing service, generate and share invoices when you direct us to do so, provide support, protect the service, and comply with legal obligations.

Billzzi does not sell personal data.

When data is shared

We share data with Cloudflare Workers and R2 for service operation and storage, Neon-hosted PostgreSQL for database hosting, and Meta/WhatsApp for OTP delivery. We use Expo when push notifications are enabled.

Invoices or contact data are shared externally only when you choose a sharing action or when required by law.

Permissions and optional features

Customer contact import is optional. Billzzi reads contacts locally only after you choose to import them, and only selected contacts are saved as Billzzi customer records.

Camera and image-library access is optional. When you choose to use it, Billzzi may upload catalog, logo, payment QR, and signature images to Cloudflare R2.

Bluetooth is used only for user-initiated receipt printing. Push-notification tokens are handled only when push notifications are enabled.

Storage and security

We use Cloudflare Workers and R2 and Neon-hosted PostgreSQL to operate and store service data. We take reasonable steps to protect the service and the data it handles.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and service data while your account is active. Settings → Delete account deletes the account and associated Billzzi business records. You can also request deletion outside the app at https://www.billzzi.com/delete-account. We may retain limited data where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, or dispute resolution.

Your rights and grievances

You may request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or raise a grievance by contacting hello@billzzi.com.

Children

Billzzi is intended for business users and is not directed to children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will publish the new version and effective date when we do.
