Frequently asked questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new shop gets Enterprise free for 30 days with all features unlocked. No payment details are needed to start. After the trial you can stay on Free or choose Pro or Enterprise.
How much do I save with yearly billing?
Yearly plans cost less than paying monthly for twelve months: Pro is ₹999 a year instead of ₹1,188, and Enterprise is ₹2,999 a year instead of ₹3,588. That is a saving of about 16%.
Does my plan renew automatically?
Yes. Paid plans renew at the end of each month or year using the UPI Autopay, card or bank mandate you approve at checkout. You can cancel anytime and the plan will not renew.
Can I upgrade from Pro to Enterprise?
Yes. Enterprise unlocks right away, and the unused part of your Pro plan is added as extra Enterprise days. Downgrades take effect when your current period ends.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, debit and credit cards, and net banking. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Because every shop can try Enterprise free for 30 days first, payments are not refundable. If you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy for details.
