Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information, keep your phone and login verification code secure, and ensure that staff access is appropriate for your business.

Your business data and legal responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of customer, staff, invoice, inventory, GST, UPI and uploaded data you enter or share through Billzzi. You confirm that you have authority to use that data and select recipients for any bill you share.

Third-party services

WhatsApp, UPI applications, Bluetooth printers and other third-party services are operated under their own terms. Billzzi does not process payment settlement and does not guarantee third-party availability or delivery.

No professional advice

Billzzi is billing software, not tax, accounting, legal, banking or payment advice. You remain responsible for invoice accuracy, GST compliance and payment verification.

Acceptable use and suspension

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful content, or use Billzzi in a way that harms users or the service. We may suspend access to protect the service or comply with law.

Intellectual property, feedback and changes

Billzzi and its content remain our property. You grant us permission to use feedback without obligation. We may update these Terms and will publish the new version and effective date.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Billzzi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

Governing law and contact
